HOME-REARED BEEF AND PORK
Here at Gorse Farm we pride ourselves on home-reared Aberdeen Angus Beef and Gloucester Old Spot pork which are both assured under the Red Tractor Farm Assurance Scheme. These traditional native breeds provide high quality meat with more flavour and marbling than their commercial counterparts. Our animals are provided with outdoor grazing and high welfare standards to ensure that the meat we sell is the best that it can be. Come and taste the difference!
SPECIALITY SAUSAGES
We’re proud to offer our customers homemade speciality sausages in a variety of different flavours. Pork, beef, lamb, goat, venison, turkey and chicken sausages are available according to season and demand. There are also gluten-free options available.
FREE RANGE LOCAL CHICKEN
Our locally sourced free-range chickens are available whole, as breasts, drumsticks or thighs. Ask our butchers for your specific requirements such as speciality marinades, seasonings and butchery techniques, for example spatchcock.
LOCAL LAMB
We have a selection of grass-fed lamb available throughout the year, which is primarily sourced from a neighbouring farm and butchered on-site! If you have any specific requirements please get in touch to secure availability
SEASONAL GAME
Warwickshire venison, pheasant, duck and partridge are available according to season. If you have any specific game requirements then please get in touch.

GORSE FARM POTATOES
We grow both Marfona (white) and Mozart (red) potatoes that are available loose or in 7.5kg, 12.5kg, or 25kg sacks according to season. If you are interested in wholesale potatoes then contact us to discuss availability and pricing.
SEASONAL FRUIT AND VEGETABLES
We stock a variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables which are sourced from the local market and neighbouring farms.
FREE-RANGE LOCAL EGGS
Our Free-Range eggs are sourced from Bitteswell Farms in Lutterworth. We stock both large and extra large eggs.
GORSE FARM HONEY
Gorse Farm pure honey originates from the hives in our fields and is produced by Harry Cook in Burbage. Both set and runny honey is available.
GAYTONS BREAD, FRUIT PIES AND CAKES
Gaytons are a family run traditional craft bakery in the village of Grendon, North Warwickshire. We sell a variety of their loaves, batches, fruit pies and cakes.
PRESERVES, CHUTNEYS, CURDS AND PICKLES
We sell a large variety of high quality store cupboard items and condiments.
DAIRY
We stock a variety of cheeses alongside butter, lard, pork and beef dripping.
DREAMY COW ICE CREAM
We are proud stockists of Dreamy Cow British Farmhouse Ice Cream. It is 100% handcrafted in Leicestershire and we sell a variety of delicious flavours including;

CLAYBROOKE MILL FLOUR
Claybrooke water mill is located in Claybrooke Magna, Leicestershire and is thought to date back to the Roman era. We stock their traditional white and wholemeal flour, porridge oats, muesli and yeast.
